Postcards received in July 2014

In July, I received 23 postcards. Among them were nine cards through the official Postcrossing site, four through Round Robins in the Postcrossing Forumm and ten through private swaps. 13 cards show UNESCO sites, nine of which are new to my collection. This means I now have 367 UNESCO sites in my collection.

Cards arrived from:

  • China (2)
  • Germany (4)
  • Hong Kong (2)
  • Israel (1)
  • Japan (2)
  • Poland (3)
  • Russia (1)
  • Slovakia (1)
  • Switzerland (2)
  • Ukraine (1)
  • USA (4)

New UNESCO sites in my collection:

  • Silk Roads: the Routes Network of Chang’an-Tianshan Corridor (China)
  • Gulf of Porto: Calanche of Piana, Gulf of Girolata, Scandola Reserve (France)
  • Carolingian Westwork and Civitas Corvey (Germany)
  • Meteora (Greece)
  • Bahá’i Holy Places in Haifa and the Western Galilee (Israel)
  • Jeju Volcanic Island and Lava Tubes (Republic of Korea)
  • Monte San Giorgio (Switzerland)
  • Rhaetian Railway in the Albula / Bernina Landscapes (Switzerland)
  • Mammoth Cave National Park (USA)

This means, I already received two of the new UNESCO sites added last month. I also added the first card from Israel to my collection.
